Dealrafael Jsp-E (Jaspher Ewany) is an Indigenous Hip-Hop Practitioner, Rapper, Activist, and Builder. He is one of the pioneers of the Indigenous Hip-Hop Practitioner agenda in Uganda, contributing to the emergence, growth and development of Hip-Hop Communities. He has pioneered the application of the transformative power of Hip-Hop for over 10 years in many fields such as Climate Change, Agriculture, Health, Youth Engagement and Leadership, Economic empowerment and community development. Jaspher has been invited on a Hip-Hop ticket on many international platforms including, the World Youth Forum 2019/20 in Sharm El Sheikh Egypt, COP26 as a speaker for ‘The Missing Link: International Perspectives on Culture and Climate’ plenary event in Glasgow, and represented the indigenous community voices at the 2022 COP27 roundtable discussions on “Financing Resilience ‘Radical collaboration to address the urgent need to mobilize private capital for adaptation and resilience” in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.

Ms Florence Auma is a graduate of the Bachelor of Arts in Social sciences of Makerere University. She is the Communications and documentation Officer for the consortium organisations, ACSET Uganda, VART Africa Solutions Limited and Lango Indigenous Hip-Hop Movement. Florence is responsible for the implementation of the communication and visibility plan of the consortium, handling internal and public information development, documentation, and dissemination of program activities and initiatives, designing, writing, and editing promotional and informational material for internal and external audiences, coordinating information sharing within the Program Management Team (PMT) and maintains and enhances the organisation’s website and social media.

B'ffal (Aka Odomoch Brenda) and also famously known as the “Rap Mother”, is a Lango Indigenous Hip-Hop practitioner for 14 years now and the first winner of the Lango Flow rap contest 2021. B’ffal is a graduate of Business Administration from Makerere Business Institute and currently pursuing careers in Entrepreneurship and Real estate.

Owani Peter better known by his stage name Treasure Reigns is an indigenous Hip-Hop Practitioner in the Lango sub region and was voted the Lyricist of the competition in the 2021 Luga Flow (Lango Flow) Rap contest. Treasure Reigns is also an enrolled nurse and completed his nursing course at Good Samaritan International School of Nursing and Midwifery – Lira. He is the proprietor of MAKAVELI Drug Shop in Kotido District.

Desmond has vast experience in the Development of a wide range of communication products, Documentation and dissemination of development information for projects and production of success stories in both videos and written forms for publications. He is the producer of the consortium organisations, ACSET Uganda, VART Africa Solutions Limited, and Lango Indigenous Hip-Hop Movement. Desmond is tasked with the collection of footage, production of high-resolution photographs and overall video production (scriptwriting, videography, editing, audio balancing, sub-titling, format exporting, archiving raw and edited work), extraction of lessons from ongoing projects, drafting and editing of short clips and texts for blogs and social media posts.
